After sleeping in the hospital overnight, being hooked up to monitors, being confined to the bed, and listening to the heart-stopping screams from the room next door, our own baby decided it was finally time to enter the world. Connor took a lot of convincing and waited all day but finally arrived at 8:46 pm on Wednesday, July 23, 2008. All 9.1 pounds of him!
